Delicious breakfast at Buna today! My man and I got the Ful with eggs and the Ethiopian Scrambled Eggs with Injera. One of the best Ethiopian scrambled eggs I've had in the area. It was spiced well, and the eggs were fluffy and scrumptious. Love the sprinkle of mitmita! The ful was creamy with some chunky beans for texture. I love how they give you the garnishes separately: onions, tomatoes, and yogurt. The bread was crunchy on the outside and soft inside, the perfect balance with the ful. Sambusa was spicy, crunchy and packed with flavor. Great selection of teas, but definitely recommend adding Spiced Ethiopian tea. The Nitro latte was to the standards of my coffee-loving man. The cafe is cozy with plenty of outdoor seating. Which we took advantage of, on this beautiful day. Service was personable and fast. As a very picky eater, especially when it comes to Ethiopian food, I left with my craving satisfied and excited to come back.

I needed to kill some time before a meeting and happened upon Büna around the corner. It's a small corner cafe with more room inside than you might think at first glance. Good outdoor seating as well. Amazing customer service and fantastic coffee options.

Just left and had the best brunch. I got the brunch platter and I loved every bite of it. I also snagged a bite of my fiancé’d tibs and that was so delicious as well! Definitely will be coming back. They have a nice patio area so you can enjoy the weather and have wonderful food. I also will say, I am not a big coffee person but I enjoyed sipping on my fiancé’s iced mocha.
