We love watching the Capitals games at Capital One Arena, however, the security metal detecting staff can beincredibly rude and disrespectful. Some can't keep their cool when they speak to the patrons.

Loved seeing Adam Sandler. We had a great time. There should be a guide or something that tells people that if your seat is in this section, enter the Arena from here or something. Ton of walking just to find our seats.
