The shopping center received its name due to its unusual architecture. It's quite a unique architectural shopping center, characterized by a complete absence of straight lines. Its roof is entirely made of glass. Looking at it gives the impression as if a huge wave suddenly froze in the air! The interior of the center is no less original than its exterior – the walls are sloped, making it seem as though people are inside a glass bubble!

The large area includes not only a variety of stores but also numerous restaurants and cafes. However, the assortment is not limited to just shops; there are boutiques that feature fashionable collections from well-known designers as well.

There is also an entertainment children's area within the shopping center, which includes an ice rink and a cinema.
