Ein erstklassiges Menu mit vielen Raffinessen und Besonderheiten. Perfekter Service der die Regeln der gehobenen Gastronomie erstklassig und mit Charme und Witz umsetzt. Kompliment für das Können, im Service und in den Speisen immer etwas Besonderes zu bieten, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Danke für den gelungenen Abend. Wir freuen uns schon heute auf den nächsten Besuch.

I had a not so satisfying tasting menu experience at this restaurant, especially considering the high expectations one would have from a three Michelin star restaurant. The atmosphere was nice and service was polite (but distant). The food on the other hand was below three star Michelin level in terms taste and complexity. The amuse bouche were mediocre. The clam was an ok dish as a refreshing start but nothing special. The sunflower dish was bitter and had even below a one star level taste. The cabbage with eel was very good as well as the Quail. However those two dishes, which were the best among the tasting menu could still be argued if they were at three star level. I ate much more delicious and complex dishes at two star or even one star Michelin restaurants in Paris and Prag. The dessert was a modified version of Kaiserschmarrn and it was ok but still below a three star level. The only outstanding food I ate there was the amazing cheese varieties they served on a moving table. You can choose four types and I strongly recommend Regalis Cesar Blue Brebis and Räßkasse. Overall, if you want to go to this restaurant, I would recommend you to go with the a la carte menu instead of the tasting menu and choose Quail, Eel and cheese.
