We visited Prosi Restaurant while in Vienna and honestly, I wasn’t expecting such authentic flavours but this place completely blew me away. The mango lassi was incredibly refreshing thick, creamy, just the right sweetness. Then came the thali which felt like a proper home-cooked meal. Every item on the plate had its own taste, and nothing felt commercial or rushed. The ghee roast was packed with flavour rich, crispy, and reminded me of what you'd get back home in South India. And the chutneys? Spot on. It’s hard to describe, but anyone who knows authentic Indian chutney will feel the difference. Finished off with their mango dessert, and it was the perfect sweet ending. Really warm vibe, friendly staff, and food that tastes like it’s made with love. Definitely coming back whenever I’m in Vienna again.
