Very thin, bland broth, they try to cover this up with an overuse of spices. They use dry instant noodles. You couldn’t sell this quality to viet people.

Unfortunately a rather disappointing dining experience. Not only was the service rude, but the food was bland and tasteless. The restaurant was also very crowded and extremely loud. At least the portions were generous!
