Das Minoritenstüberl ist ein uriger Ort, ein wenig aus der Zeit gefallen, mit interessantem Publikum. Die Räumlichkeiten fand ich auf ihre altmodische Weise sehr ansprechend. Herr Wojta ist ein freundlicher, entspannter Gastgeber. Leider fand ich das Kalbsbutterschnitzel geschmacklos, und das dazu gereichte Kartoffel-Püree war nicht sämig, sondern hatte noch zahlreiche grobe Kartoffelstückchen aufzuweisen. Von daher leider eine Enttäuschung.

Ristorante autriaco davvero caratteristico, all'interno di un palazzo, menù esclusivamente in tedesco, ma lo chef, Andreas, vi farà capire in inglese (ed a gesti) le pietanze del giorno da lui preparate. Il menù cambia giorno per giorno, noi, lì ad un pranzo di lavoro, abbiamo mangiato carne di cervo, tenerissima, fatta con purea di patate ed una salsa deliziosa (a base di cipolle, ma anche di mirtilli) ed una classica zuppa autriaca. Servizio rapidissimo (le pietanze sono servite sul momento), pagamento solo in contanti (con 25-30 euro a persona si mangia tranquillamente, zuppa ,piatto principale e birra). Molto simpatico lo chef. Consigliatissimo.
