Ich habe das McDonald’s im Hauptbahnhof Wien besucht, während ich auf meinen Zug gewartet habe. Der Service war in Ordnung, aber das Personal wirkte etwas gestresst. Ich habe ein Big Mac Menü bestellt, das schnell kam, aber die Pommes waren leider nur lauwarm. Eine lustige Szene: Ein Kind hat sein Getränk verschüttet und das Personal hat sofort mit einem Lächeln sauber gemacht – das war schön zu sehen. Insgesamt nicht schlecht, aber bei der Frische der Speisen gibt es Luft nach oben.

Wir waren am Dienstag dort. Sie haben viel mit unserer Bestellung durcheinander gebracht, sie haben dem Kind kein Spielzeug gegeben, und als ich sie danach fragte, hat sie es mir mit einem sehr unglücklichen Gesicht direkt in die Hände geworfen, und das wurde von der Verwalterin gemacht
