Sie strahlt Eleganz aus, ist klein, fein und familiär, mit einer persönlichen Note, die man selten findet. Der Service ist ebenso herzlich wie professionell. Besonders Markus, der hier seit Jahren Stammkellner ist, macht den Besuch jedes Mal zu einem besonderen Erlebnis. Seine Aufmerksamkeit, Freundlichkeit und sein umfassendes Wissen über Champagner schaffen eine Atmosphäre, in der man sich nicht wie in einer Bar, sondern wie bei guten Freunden fühlt.
