Il cibo è di ottima qualità, in particolare le mozzarelle in carrozza, che ho trovato davvero deliziose. Tuttavia, sono rimasta profondamente delusa dal comportamento del personale di sala. Durante l’ordinazione di uno spaghetto al pomodoro, ho assistito al cameriere che comunicava la mia scelta alla cucina in modo derisorio, come se fosse motivo di scherno. Trovo questo atteggiamento inaccettabile. Non comprendo per quale motivo si debba ridicolizzare un cliente per una preferenza di gusto, peraltro espressa all’interno del menù offerto. Indipendentemente dalla semplicità del piatto scelto, si tratta comunque di un servizio pagato, che dovrebbe essere accompagnato da rispetto e professionalità. Questo episodio ha poi compromesso l’intera esperienza. Nonostante la buona qualità del cibo, l’umore rovinato ha inevitabilmente influito sul mio apprezzamento del pasto. Mi auguro si sia trattato di un malinteso, e che non sia consuetudine trattare i clienti in questo modo.

Das Essen ist gut, aber das Service hat mich enttäuscht. Man hat fast kein Platz, die hören dich oft nicht oder geben dir nicht das was man bestellt. Oben zahlt man 2€ pro Person und kann direkt beim Tisch bestellen. Unten wird eher schnell gegessen oder das Essen gleich mitgenommen (bei To-Go kontrollieren ob das richtige eingepackt wird. Sie Spaghetti al Nero sind sehr gut.
