I believe this restaurants biggest asset is their kind and understanding staff. We enjoyed a pretty pleasant lunch here, staff had an open mind and helped us adapt the menu. Food is fresh, light and somehow filling, a great introduction to valencian produce if you wish. Big thanks to everyone who made this experience so nice.
