La tarta “selva negra” está espectacular. No tenía Brezel porque iba a cerrar por vacaciones pero Mark me los hizo especialmente para mí mujer y los recogí al día siguiente. Mejor trato imposible.

Gean Descubrimiento!! Encargamos una tarta sacher para la celebración del cumpleaños de mi mujer. La recogimos en la pasteleria y nos atendió Marc, hijo de Peter. Además, pudimos saludar al fundador. Hombre entrañable, muy amable... hecho a sí mismo. No pudimos llevar solamente la tarta sacher, sino que aprovechamos para llevar unos strudel y una porción de selva negra... Todo fantástico!! La alta confitería Delicatessen alemana en Valencia!! La tarta sacher con un bizcocho suave, algodonoso y muy sabroso. Nada empalagoso...en su justo punto! El recubrimiento de chocolate supera cualquier expectativa... Una tarta única!!! Enhorabuena, Peter y Marc!! Exito de celebración asegurado!! Muchas Gracias!!!
