La qualità dei gelati è ottima, e fare merenda con horchata e fartons è sempre una scelta vincente: sono davvero buoni. Tuttavia, i prezzi mi sembrano un po’ eccessivi, forse influenzati dal turismo di massa che ormai caratterizza la zona. Un altro aspetto che, a mio avviso, ne riduce la qualità è la presenza nel menu di pizze e altri piatti che allontanano GlaSol dall’idea di una caffetteria dove andare semplicemente a fare merenda e gustare un buon gelato. Una strategia di marketing che trovo poco coerente e, nel lungo periodo, potenzialmente controproducente. Detto questo, durante l’estate tutto il personale si è dimostrato molto gentile, attento e professionale. Speriamo che vengano retribuiti come meritano.
