Sometimes you can tell from the very first moment of entering a place that it is a project of true passion. Such as this place. I have recently been visiting many specialty coffee places in Valencia, and after visiting this one, I instantly realised it is my new favourite. The attention to preparation of great espresso comes through in the delicious cup. The very wide variety of roasters is something I have not seen anywhere else. And all this accompanied by a nice discussion with the owner. After just the first visit, I know I am a new regular.
