Fuimos a este bar restaurante y salimos gratamente sorprendidos con unas hamburguesas realmente buenísimas. La carne es de calidad, jugosa y sabrosa; se nota que trabajan con buen producto. Eso sí, hay algunos detalles a mejorar. Hay que tener cuidado con la sal: en nuestra visita estaba algo pasada. Y es fundamental acertar con el punto de la carne, porque marca la diferencia entre una hamburguesa buena y una excelente. Tienen todo para bordarlo. Otro apunte: las patatas fritas y las bravas, aunque bien de cantidad, tenían un tamaño demasiado pequeño, algunas casi como guisantes. Con una patata cortada un poco más grande, ganarían mucho en textura y presentación. En resumen: buena cocina, excelente materia prima y solo faltan pequeños ajustes para estar a otro nivel.
