De estilo modernista, construido en 1909 durante la Exposición Regional. Arquitecto y constructores Ramón Lucini. Este edificio fue un asilo de la lactancia, unnlugar donde se encargaban de cuidar a los hijos e hijas de las personas q trabajaban en el edifico de Tabacalera.

Cuánto tiempo o años necesitan para resolver este problema? Algunos estamos esperando que se subsane , primero por la salud y si no devuelvan el dinero (en mi caso un bono). Jamás tuve ningún sintoma de nada y menos a esas temperaturas,...al revés salud a chorros. Den al menos información y seguimiento, qué menos!
