Master Grogu

Mediocre, literally just the pump. No fence, no info, just the pump. Caused one of the most significant medical discoveries in human history and people now use it as a backrest whilst gulping beer from the bottle on a Thursday evening.

This incredible piece of history is a MUST for all GIS and public heath nerds. I had the loveliest experience when visiting, after taking a moment to admire the pump an older woman approached us. She was quite impressed with my interest of the pump and made several remarks about how important John Snow’s contributions were. I of course agreed and replied that without him I wouldn’t have a job (I work in GIS and this data was some of the first I ever used). She thanked me for knowing the history and for paying my respects. It was truly a moment out of a book. I would say everyone should visit this site but most will never know just how influential that little pump was in our society.

The restaurant wasn't open when we stopped by. The pump with accompanying plaque was easily accessible and I was able to get a couple pictures. All in all nice excursion.
