The best day!! I have used the Lush Spa a number of times for massages etc and have never been disappointed. So when planning a girly day with my niece, who is 5years old and loves being pampered, I knew Lush was the place to go. We visited the Hairlab today for a wash and style done by Sam and Beth! These girls were just amazing. So accommodating, chatty and made us feel so relaxed. Sam was really great with my niece and kept her occupied during the treatment. What topped it off was her random act of kindness given to my niece- some little goodies she could take home and use for baths. Sam and Beth were also really knowledgable on all the products and tailored our treatment to what smells we liked etc. This experience was made by these lovely members of staff for going above and beyond. Highly recommend and will be visiting again!

Had a wonderful trip to the Liverpool store today. All the staff were very attentive as usual but absolute stand out was our experience with Theresa. We asked about the massage bars and she gave me a demonstration with a hand massage which was divine! She was so informative about the spa treatments that are available and even took us for a little tour around the spa with no pressure to book anything...but it is on my Christmas list to get one of the treatments! Absolutely brilliant 👏🏻
