Decent chicken and sides. Unfortunately, service was almost non existent

From start to finish, our experience at Guarda Mor Rotisserie was outstanding. We began with two glasses of their house rosé – light, crisp, and so easy on the palate – the perfect way to ease into the meal. For starters, we had the honey-glazed carrots, which were genuinely a standout. The balance of honey, mint, feta, and yogurt was spot-on – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully plated. But let’s get to the reason we were really there: the rotisserie chicken. We asked the fun and incredibly helpful host for advice on portion sizes, and he was spot on – not just knowledgeable, but genuinely welcoming and attentive throughout our meal. Service like that makes all the difference. We opted for a quarter chicken with all the accompaniments (don’t miss a single one – they’re on the menu and worth every bite), and the chicken cordon bleu, which was truly next-level. We asked the host to surprise us with a cheese filling, and when it arrived – the aroma alone was mouthwatering. Perfectly crispy outside, juicy inside, and filled with smoked raclette cheese (we found out after), it was absolutely unforgettable. It came on a bed of peas – which we seriously underestimated. Whatever magic the kitchen worked on them turned a simple side into a highlight. We couldn’t stop talking about it! Huge credit to the chef and the entire team – this place runs like a dream, and it’s clear how much care goes into every dish. We booked ahead and were so glad we did — we would have been gutted to miss out. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you for such a memorable evening! Love from Ireland 🇮🇪

I can’t say enough good things about my drag brunch experience at Guarda-Mor! I typically never order chicken at a restaurant. It feels basic, like something I can prepare at home. So I was a bit skeptical when my friends suggested we go here. I was PLEASANTLY SHOCKED by how delicious the chicken was!!!! From the chicken reduced butter, to the chicken spread, to the rotisserie chicken, every bite left me wanting more. Shoutout to whoever made those goat cheese honey carrots and those potatoes!!!! 😋 The long community style table was fun not just for my group, but to meet new people! The staff were beyond exceptional. They were so thoughtful, friendly, and joyful! Martin is forever in my heart for his warmth and joy. And of course, the drag performers were funny, daring, kind, and so so sweet!!! ☺️
