Great food and very attentive staff.

Last birthday we were here it was great,unfortunately this birthday very disappointed this time.Booked online,menu said early bird set menu but when we got seated we were told it wasn't on.Took drinks menu then sat for a while until they took food order,nearly 40 mins to get starter,was wrong dish when they brought it,sat for ages again waiting for right order.Over an hour before my chicken fajita came,over small piece crispy stringy chicken hardly any onions or peppers tasteless cheese sour cream guacamole salsa,4 mini wraps £17 birthday dinner was very disappointing, would have been about £90 if the waiter had not taken the drinks off.Wont be returning

I’ve been coming to Bibis for years and have always loved the food however, on my most recent visit I was left extremely disappointed. First of all the full menu was not available, instead it had been replaced with a set menu which was not communicated upon booking. Following on from that I ordered a starter of potato croquettes, given it was a set menu you would have thought you would have ordered enough food to cater to customers - however, about 15 minutes later the waitress arrived and proceeded to give me chicken tacos, given I’m vegetarian this was extremely unacceptable. The reasoning behind this was that you had ran out of the original order but I find it extremely disappointing to just hand a customer something which they didn’t order and most importantly you didn’t check if I had any allergy or dietary requirements. Then to add to the growing list of problems our main course took around 1 hour to be served. This is completely unacceptable. The restaurant did not seem any more busy than usual so I can’t understand why it would take that long to serve food to people. I’m even more disappointed in yourselves as I wrote an email explaining how I’ve been coming for years and would still like to however, I find your lack of response to mirror the service which is under par be a long shot. I will say the two waitresses working that night were lovely
