I live just 2 minutes away and pass by every day on my way to work. I absolutely love their coffee and how genuinely nice the staff are. One time they made a small mistake with my order, and when I mentioned it, they couldn’t have been kinder. They immediately remade the coffee, apologised several times, and made me feel so comfortable — I could tell it was an honest mistake. Now I stop by almost every day. It’s always such a pleasure to start my morning with a fresh coffee in hand from such a lovely team. Highly recommend!

The black pudding sausage roll was delicious especially with relish!! Hot choc was nice, not the nicest in the world but still nice The two girls working there really friendly too

We made a stop here for coffee and pastry on our way out of town in the morning. We are on a two week trek around the country. The Priory Coffee, Co. had superb food and beverage that did us well, but the staff was the BEST part of our visit. Not only did we have great service, but they came to my rescue later in the day! I had left a personal bag with medical equipment on a chair at the Priory when we left. I didn’t even notice that it was missing, as of yet, when I got a phone call from a staff member alerting me of this incident late in the afternoon. We were already two hours east in Waterford when I was alerted. The thought of returning to Cork was so disappointing but the owner, himself, offered to drive my equipment to me after work! He insisted that he would come all the way into Waterford to hand me the bag and he did!! He is an amazing man and businessman!! I appreciated his true service to a customer!! Please go to the Priory Coffee Co. for wonderful food and coffee, but mostly because of the service!!
