Poszliśmy tam z narzeczoną na śniadanie (serwowane między 10 a 12). Narzeczona zamówiła gofra z serkiem, ogórkiem, rzodkiewką, wędzonym łososiem i kiełkami, a ja klasyczną jajecznicę z boczkiem i szczypiorkiem. Do tego kawa flat wbite, a ja zamówiłem doppio. Rewelacja, wydawać by się mogło, że jajecznica jak jajecznica, ale nie pamiętam miejsca gdzie zjadłem lepszą. Gofr z łososiem też wyśmienity. Pijąc kawę czuć bardzo wyraźnie, że jest parzona z wysokiej jakości ziaren kawy. Bardzo polecam to miejsce.

Najlepsza Toruńska restauracja. Pan kelner Cezary doradził abym zjadł kaczkę (chodź przyszedłem z myślą jedzenia steka). Bardzo dobrze że go posłuchałem ponieważ to była najlepsza kaczka jaką jadłem w życiu. Pan somelier Marcin doradził butelkę Malbeca, który idealnie pasował do głównego dania. Wspólnie z Panami wymieniliśmy sie spostrzeżeniami dotyczącymi naszych ostatnich prac remontowych 😉. Pani Barmanka Patrycja zrobiła wyborne negroni, czym przypomniała mi moje ukochane Włochy. Restauracja z klientem i duszą. Pozdrawiam z całego serca.
