Restauracja Nova 22 w Toruniu to miejsce, które zdecydowanie warto odwiedzić. Restauracja znajduje się w zabytkowej kamienicy, pomiędzy głównym rynkiem a wejściem na bulwar. To świetna lokalizacja w samym centrum starówki, ale z dala od tłoku i hałasu. Wnętrze restauracji od razu robi wrażenie. Składa się z kilku sal, z których każda jest urządzona w innym stylu. W Nova 22 można zjeść lunch, obiad i kolację, a w weekendy również śniadania. Menu jest oparte na sezonowych składnikach i oferuje wiele ciekawych połączeń. Dodatkową atrakcją w weekendy są koncerty z muzyką na żywo oraz obecność sommeliera, co bardzo urozmaiciło nasz wieczór. Najbardziej smakował nam tatar wołowy, ceviche z łososia i fondant czekoladowy. Na deser spróbowaliśmy też lodów piernikowych, które były świetne. Podczas śniadania zamówiliśmy tosty z jajkami w koszulce z łososiem i wasabi, które również bardzo nam smakowały. Na duży plus zasługuje miła i pomoc obsługa. Szczególnie manager Rafał, który zaprosił nas do środka i wykazał się dużym zaangażowaniem.
