To bardzo ładne, nowoczesne i zadbane kino. Wszystko jest utrzymane w czystości – zarówno sale, jak i części wspólne. Na duży plus zasługuje toaleta wewnątrz kina – zdecydowanie przyjemniejsza i bardziej komfortowa niż ogólnodostępna toaleta na specjalny kod (kod można otrzymać przy barze kinowym). Obsługa zawsze miła, uprzejma i pomocna. Jedyny drobny minus to częste próby "zachęcania" do większego popcornu, nawet gdy wyraźnie mówi się o małym. Słyszałam wielokrotnie, że „mały jest tylko złotówkę tańszy od średniego”, a średni „zaledwie kilka zł od dużego” – przy częstych wizytach potrafi to być trochę męczące. Ale rozumiem, że to część sprzedaży. Przekąski są bardzo smaczne, wszystko świeże i podawane z należytą starannością. Kawa, nachosy, popcorn – zawsze na dobrym poziomie. Kino ma również wygodny parking, na którym zwykle nie ma problemu ze znalezieniem wolnego miejsca. Chodzę do tego kina bardzo często i nigdy nie byłam zawiedziona. Jedyna uwaga – weekendy bywają trudniejsze pod względem komfortu seansu. Czasem trafiają się osoby niekulturalne: mówią, krzyczą, sprawdzają telefon, wychodzą i wchodzą w trakcie filmu. To jednak nie wina kina, a ludzi. Dla spokojniejszych seansów polecam raczej dni powszednie lub wcześniejsze godziny. Podsumowując – bardzo polecam to kino. Jest czysto, estetycznie, smacznie i profesjonalnie. Jedno z najlepszych miejsc na filmowy wieczór w Toruniu.
