This might be the most value of money brunch place in Stockholm. The menu was short but covered all necessities, the dishes were simple but cooked perfectly. The egg royal was creamy but not overwhelmingly heavy. The hollandaise sauce was heavy in the aroma of dairy and paired well with the smoked salmon and egg. The sourdough was in good texture, it would be better if the knife could be sharper, it was very hard to cut on it. The mushroom omelette was well made, the mushrooms were not over cooked that the texture got preserved and the minimalism of using seasonings actually brought out the natural tastes of the mushrooms. And the freshness of the mushrooms neutralized the heavy butter in the dish. The environment was amazing, unlike a lot of famous brunch places in Stockholm, the tables here were spacious so you wouldn’t need to listen to your neighbors conversations. The seats were comfortable and the indoor decor was elegant.
