Avnjöt tidigare La Tour’s Afternoon Tea med Louis Roederer 2014, och den oslagbara utsikten och servicen! Högsta betyg på alla parametrar. Samtliga serveringar håller världsklass. Snyggt, aptitligt, självsäkra smaker där de enastående råvarorna får spela huvudrollen. Servicen perfekt balanserad. Om man slår upp ordet “impeccable” i Oxford Dictionary for advanced English, så kommer de säkert snart byta ut texten till “The service level at La Tour gourmet temple in Stockholm, Sweden”. Att vara ständigt närvarande, varmt välkomnande och på tå, utan att någonsin upplevas konstlad eller påträngande, är en egenskap, en medfödd personlighet, svår att träna upp. Antingen har man det, eller också inte. Hos Pontus Frithiof’s La Tour, har man lyckats samla hela branschens absolut bästa talanger på samma yta! Samma definition kommer eventuellt att upprepas av Oxford under ordet ”Perfection”. Min djupaste respekt för hela teamet bakom La Tour. Inklusive de hjältar i köket och disken som vi inte fick tillfälle att träffa. Speciell kram till underbara Emil vars karriär jag kunnat följa sedan tiden hos Pontus in the Greenhouse, och hans stapplande första steg i denna tuffa bransch.
