There were both highs and lows during our visit. One waitress stood out — she was professional and attentive, clearly taking care in her work. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff were not. The food was a mixed bag: the fish was enjoyable, the clams were gritty with sand and broken shells, The pizza was okay. I was initially planning to leave a tip for the one waitress who deserved it. However, the payment terminal had preset tip pay. It was brought by a staff member who had never served my table, without asking whether the service had been satisfactory. In Sweden, price is high and service charges are included in the menu prices already. And tipping is meant to be a voluntary gesture in recognition of exceptional service; not something to demand and be expected by default. Being presented with pre-set tip buttons in this way, without any dialogue or discretion, left a bad impression. I still gave a tip for the good staff. But it didn’t feel right. And when I walked out, no one even said goodbye. I like to walk into a restaurant with anticipation and walk out with satisfaction. But this visit didn’t end well and changed my mind. It’s unlikely I will visit again.

Sex personer, juli 2025.

Stor portion pasta! Väldigt trevlig uteservering och uppmärksam servis.
