I'm genuinely shocked this place has such great reviews. We came in on a slow day, with no one but us in the restaurant. Still, our food was cold when it was served and two of our burgers were uncooked in the middle. The staff seemed very passive and inattentive but thankfully offered us new burgers when we raised our concern. They tasted fine. However I won't be coming back since I can get a better made burger in alot of other places with better service. The letdown is a bummer because I had looked forward trying this place for quite some time!
