Los bocadillos me gustan La limpieza no me gusta mucho ya que creo que falta personal para que puedan ir recogiendo las mesas porque todos los días que voy soy yo la encargada de limpiar mi mesas porque todos creo que se hacen las locas para que el cliente llegue loco por sentarse a desayunar y se limpien las mesas . ( el cliente que tienen es lo peor de Sevilla)

No entiendo como una cadena tan grande y con establecimientos de comida y bebidas en sus instalaciones, no tienen leche sin lactosa, cuatro días consecutivos sin leche. pide café sin lactosa y me dicen que no hay, cuando a 2 metros tienen la leche sin lactosa en su establecimientos. Ahora mi ofrecen una solución vendiéndome un 1 litro de leche, que cuesta más que el Café 1.85€+1.40€el café total me ha costado el café 3.25€ en polvillo cuando el precio del cafe con leche es 1.40€. Hablé con el encargado y su justificación es que la leche sin lactosa si ha acabado y no le gusta la leche. Pero eso si tienen leche sin lactosa en sus establecimientos a la venta. Sinceramente me parece una vergüenza el servicio y el trato que se le ofrece al cliente no es lo adecuado de una cadena tan popular.
