Mi panadería de confianza 100%. La calidad del pan es espectacular, solamente por su sabor se sabe perfectamente que lo elaboran ellos mismos todos los días en el obrador con masa madre y sin harinas refinadas. Personalmente, recomiendo los molletes integrales y el pan de trigo 100% integral porque, al ser del grano puro, tienen un sabor mucho más intenso y fuerte. Tienen también panes especiales los jueves (cúrcuma y dátiles) y los viernes (nueces y pasas). Están espectaculares. El pan 100% integral de centeno es también brutal, tiene un regusto dulce que recuerda a la canela. Ana es ENCANTADORA, siempre con una sonrisa, recuerda los nombres de los clientes habituales y se interesa. Esta es una panadería de verdad, de las de toda la vida, de calidad y de barrio.

Llevo años comprando pan y repostería aquí y está todo riquísimo. Calidad en todo lo que hacen y la atención al público por parte de las chicas es magnífica. Las hogazas, esos molletes, las magdalenas... todo de 10. Por cierto, el roscón está para llorar👌🏼
