Tarta de Requezon! Tarta de Requezon! I will walk 15 minutes everyday from my apartment to get this slice of Heaven at this dessert stand that is located all the way at the back of the Triiana market. Just OH MY GOD. The cheese is so good. Honestly the best cheesecake I have ever had in my life. Period. And I am not even a big cheesecake person. Haha the lady is put off by my wack Spanish and corrected me a couple of times (Tarta de Requezon! Tarta de Requezon!) but idgaf. As long as I have a bite of that I can pronounce it as many times as you want to get the pronunciation right. Plus that’s free Spanish lesson 😉
