Buena panadería con mucha variedad en tipos y tamaños. Buen sabor y cortezas crujientes. Ofrecen variedad en dulces (y los que corresponden por temporada tipo roscón, polvorones, torrijas…) porciones de tartas, croissants, salados variados y la opción de llevarte tupper de platos preparados. De lo que hemos probado no nos gustó el brownie (demasiado duro y de textura de tipo engrudo) pero en general todo muy bien. Si no llegas pronto se acaba el género! Este verano han añadido helados caseros con 12 sabores. ACTUALIZACIÓN : La panadería ya no vende productos de Raíces sino de otro obrador, con lo que mucho de lo dicho en mi crítica ya no se ofrece. Hay pan de leña de diversos tipos y tamaños y variedad en dulces. Ya no hay comida preparada. El personal que atiende es encantador, las chicas son estupendas, pero creo que esta decisión no ha sido muy acertada.
