Palacio totalmente abandonado hasta hace muy pocos años que fue rehabilitado tras estar en ruinas y expoliado en su casi totalidad. El 12 de enero de 2013 siendo alcalde de Sevilla Juan Ignacio Zoido, fue inaugurado tras años en trabajos de todo el conjunto. Es sin duda una visita muy interesante y totalmente gratuita. Un antiguo palacio que hoy lo ocupa el Ayuntamiento de Sevilla y que expone está joya para que sea visitado.
