From Potrero Hill community garden toward Castro/Twin Peaks Sutro Tower on an iphone 13 pro plus. If you want to stand above the triangle park at Twin Peaks viewing area it's jus beneath the parking area.

Nice view of San Francisco skyline! Down side of the location is that it's trails are on the hill side, so be careful!
