Excelente comida, preparación, atención, decoración... Tras varias veces yendo, nunca defrauda. Los nuevos platos, la originalidad, combinación de sabores, texturas ... Pedimos un carpaccio de presa ibérica con helado de foi, pluma ibérica con puré de boniato, corvina con boletus, brioche de vaca vieja, y de postes crumble de manzana con helado de vainilla y brownie con caramelo salado y helado de avellana casero... Todo, todo estaba espectacular y combinado con un vino recomendado. Sin duda de las mejores cartas, atención y restaurante de Salamanca sin excederse en el precio. Como siempre, volveremos.
