Nicely located lounge, friendly services. Clean and very quiet, compared to the overall station this is a real oasis. But there is some improvement potential. For example opening hours are a bit limited, they could improve a bit here. Also no beer or wine is being served, this is a bit too much ”Protestant Sweden” and not really aligned to international lounges.

It's perfectly situated, easily accessible right by the main hall, making it a convenient stop before or after your journey. The lounge offers a peaceful retreat from the usual hustle and bustle of the station, which is truly invaluable when you need to relax or get some work done. The complimentary snacks and beverages, while not a full meal, are always fresh and a welcome touch – think good coffee, tea, juices, and often some fruit, pastries, or light sandwiches. The Wi-Fi is reliable, and there are ample power outlets, which is crucial for staying connected. What really stands out is the serene atmosphere. Despite being in a busy train station, the design and layout, with comfortable seating and a generally quiet ambiance, make it feel private and calming. I particularly appreciate the phone booths, which allow for undisturbed calls without bothering other guests. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive impression. It's definitely a worthwhile perk for first-class ticket holders or SJ Prio Premium members, turning what could be a stressful wait into a comfortable and productive interlude. En generöst stor lounge mitt I Centralen med ett antal äldre damer som med nitisk ordentlighet noga kontrollerar att alla inkommande har rätt biljett. Lite barska i tonen. Får lite vibbar från Baltikum och Bulgarien. Frukosten är väldigt begränsad med endast ost som pålägg. Största fördelarna är sköna fåtöljer, många eluttag och gott om plats. Ljudnivån är lite dämpat ljudlig från Centralen. Bara en trappa som leder upp till loungen, kan alla äldre med rullstol el. dyl också besöka den?
