Deuxième expérience dans ce restaurant caché au coeur du Vieux-Nice entre deux rues passantes. Il y a une terrasse en extérieur sur la place qui est calme et une grande salle en sous-sol où on est au frais. On y mange vraiment très bien, les parts sont copieuses, le rhum est excellent et l'accueil fort sympathique. Je recommande.

We kicked things off with the Island Crisps—an incredible starter that gives you a little bit of everything. Think perfectly fried bites, bold island seasonings, and a side of house hot sauce that actually brings the heat (in the best way possible). Each crisp had its own flavor story, and together they were the perfect intro to what was coming next. For our entrée, my sister and I shared the Massalé Lamb—tender, deeply spiced, and packed with flavor. It came with fragrant rice, hearty beans, and achard (a bright, tangy island-style pickled vegetable mix that ties everything together beautifully). The portions were generous and the price was more than fair for the quality and quantity. The drink menu is also worth a shout—tropical cocktails and house infusions that perfectly complement the spice-forward cuisine. SO GOOD. Holy hell. Got the Island Crisps starter to share & the masala lamb (so tender). Excellent & warm service. Great music. Food is a mix from Madagascar 🇲🇬, Mauritius 🇲🇺 & Reunion Island 🏝️
