Food was amazing staf could be a little more freindly but on the whole good food and canot fault time taken to prepare food fast reliable good value for money

First ever time eating Taco Bell this evening and very disappointed. Pro: service was quick, self order was smooth, specifically the crispy chicken and lava sauce tasted good Con: missed a item from order, overall unsatisfied, smaller portion sizes and bland Saturday 9.30pm no queue or other customers in, no staff interaction when I came in although I could see at least 4 staff members in the kitchen. I placed order at the self serve so I could take time choosing. While waiting I tried to make conversation and joked with the staff it was my first time trying Taco Bell so no pressure… order was ready in about 5 mins with a staff member bringing me my order in a take away bag saying it was ready while another staff member filled my drink. I opened the take away bag to put the drink in (maybe I had too much faith in them) but I didn’t even think to check if everything was in there. I walked home for 10mins. Got home and no fries. Taco was very flimsy, Crispy Chicken burrito was smaller than I thought it would be even for a regular size for the price. Drink wasn’t full and the sauce was only half full too. The crunchy chicken burrito and lava sauce did taste good but just those parts ( spicy as expected which I like) the rest of the “burrito” just had some iceberg lettuce, I expected it to have much more in it. The beef in the taco was good but minimal of it and taco was difficult to eat. Food was bland and the only thing saving it I think was the lava sauce. Overall wasn’t as big a portion for what I expected (even for a regular) and with the fries missing, left me unsatisfied.
