Excellent karaoke and good price at £65 per hour. Also big up Gerta best hostess, super nice and accommodating.

Karaoke was fun but we had a couple of issues. The first room we went into had a problem with the music system. We waited a couple of minutes as one of the team members attempted to fix it. We were then moved into another room which we preferred. The seats were really comfy and it was much better suited to the size of our group. Unfortunately there was broken glass on the floor - presumably from the last people using the room. We sat quietly as they fiddled with the microphones and cleaned up the broken glass. This dampened the mood, but they were super apologetic. I found a shard of glass in the sole of my shoe later, which was a bit worrying. One of our microphones was very quiet and we had to keep negotiating who used the loud mic and who used the soft one. Once our session was finished, one of the team members came in to let us know our time was up. She was a bit surly and it wasn't the best ending to our experience. It felt abrupt and I don't recall anyone thanking us for coming or asking how our experience was. Drinks were great and a few of the team members were super friendly - the bartenders were lovely. Bathrooms were clean. Bowling was fantastic, no issues. As far as I could tell, the venue wasn't super accessible as most of the karaoke rooms had steps leading into them. I had a great time with my friends but not sure I'll go back as the overall experience was pretty mediocre. Thanks for having us!
