I was genuinely impressed with the warm and professional welcome I received at the entrance. There was a Romanian security guard with a white beard and goatee who greeted me so politely and respectfully. He was calm, friendly, and made me feel safe right away. A true example of how great security should be. He even introduced me to his supervisor, Valdet, who was also very polite and well-spoken. It was honestly a nice surprise to meet such respectful and well-mannered staff. The rest of the security team were also great – professional, discreet, and clearly well-trained. The whole team seems very well-chosen and organised. The place itself is beautiful – stylish reception, a great-looking bar, good music, and friendly staff. The whole experience was excellent from the moment I arrived. Much respect to the Romanian gentleman at the door – I wish I had gotten his name. He really made a great first impression!
