I go to starbucks all the time but have recently changed what one i go to because this is closer. The customer service is absolutely terrible there’s one girl in particular who looks and sounds like she absolutely hates her job and takes it out on the customers. I’ve only been twice and won’t be returning the first time they got my drink wrong and had an attitude and let it go because maybe they was just having a bad day. I went again and the same thing the drink was made completely wrong i know this because i have the same drink all the time and it literally does not taste anything like my regular. Honestly avoid this place at all costs it’s the worst starbucks i’ve ever been and ive been to LOADS. Starbucks is usally such a nice experience with very happy staff not this one

I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to the Starbucks at Prescot Street, Liverpool (L6 1BA) on 3rd February at 16:00. As a loyal Starbucks customer, I regularly order the Iced Brown Sugar Oat Shaken Espresso, and I know the usual quantity I receive when ordering a Grande or Venti size. This time, I requested less ice, but to my shock, the drink was only half-filled. Meanwhile, I also ordered an Iced Pistachio Latte with less ice, which was filled to the top—so why the inconsistency? I have previously ordered the same drink with no ice, and it was fully filled, so this experience makes no sense. When I tried addressing this issue with the barista, they were rude and dismissive, simply stating that this drink "only comes half a glass" if less ice is requested. They made no effort to resolve my concern or even acknowledge the inconsistency. Paying full price for half a drink feels like an absolute waste of money, and the lack of customer service made it even worse. I also have images and transaction details to support my complaint. I expect better service and consistency from Starbucks. This experience was frustrating, disappointing, and a complete waste of time and money. I would appreciate a response and a resolution to this issue.
