I recently stopped by Giorno at Colombo shopping centre in Lisbon and it turned out to be a great fast‑casual meal experience that felt both satisfying and affordable. I chose the customizable pasta menu where you pick your pasta, sauce and three toppings, and I went with tagliatelle in carbonara sauce with bacon and mushrooms. The portion was generous and the pasta tasted warm, fresh and full of flavor, proving why carbonara is a favorite among many visitors. For a drink, I paired it with a cold Coke, which complemented the rich flavors nicely and rounded out the meal perfectly. The dessert options looked appealing and I opted for the caramel cheesecake—it was creamy, sweet and had a lovely texture without being overly heavy. Prices are very reasonable, especially the set menu which includes pasta and a drink for around fourteen euros. The service was quick and friendly, with staff working efficiently even when it was busy, and I appreciated having grated cheese, olive oil and pepper available at the self‑serve station. The atmosphere is informal and practical, ideal for shoppers looking for a quality meal without waiting too long. Seating is available both inside a small dedicated space and in the food court. The only minor downside is that it can get busy at peak times and the seating area can feel a bit tight. Overall Giorno delivers well‑cooked, tasty pasta at a great price, making it a solid choice for a casual meal at Colombo.
