Tea ceremony is such a beautiful and ancient tradition. I was so grateful to have the experience with Lilly in her beautiful quite and sunlit space. We started the ceremony with breathing and setting intentions. She selected a perfect tea for my energy and unfolded the space as the tea leaves unfolded through the ceremony revealing different aspects of the taste. Its a magical, alchemical experience of drinking tea, learning about tea and at the same time being subtly aware of your own state of consciousness and things that are being revealed through the ceremony. Lilly is truly a magician of the art. And listening to her stories about all the different places she visited while learning about tea traditions is definitely part of the experience. I highly recommend it.

Lilly offers an amazing gift - she invites you into her serene space and shares her knowledge and insight of tea and consciousness with you. It is impossible to not feel lighter after being in her presence. The tea itself is outstanding - but the guided meditation that Lilly walks you through is what makes this experience really special. I left each tea ceremony I had with her feeling grounded and whole.

If you love tea this is for you! Lily is so calming and she goes through the process of harvesting tea leaves. I walked away with so much more knowledge on tea and their medicinal properties. Loved it and loved the energy of the whole experience!
