Lush Спа в Кардиффе

I’d like to give specific praise to Izzy today! I was on my break for work so went into lush to grab the sticky dates body spray since I had tried a sample of it a few months prior, I was at first hesitant since I had never bought myself anything from lush and due to the price of the product but Izzy was so kind and personable in helping me decide which spray was best suited to me! She’s an absolute gem, who combined her service with kindness and humour, which I greatly appreciated! She was also kind enough to give me a sample of one of the curl creams in store, which made my experience even more better!! So thank you Izzy for your great service!! And thank you to all the lovely staff working in store today especially considering how hectic it was! You all are stars ☺️

I had a self care afternoon off and took myself to Lush Cardiff for some treats and a look at all the new products. Had some great help and found some lovely bits and then at the till, the staff member helping me, Cerys, asked about my day and when she heard how I was treating myself because life is so busy at the moment and I was owed so much time off from work she said “do you want a free pamper?” Now normally I’d be too embarrassed to say yes but today I felt like this might be something I regret saying no to and I should seize the moment more so I said yes please if she was sure and she took me aside to a quiet bit of the shop and did a full consultation and then a multi-stage facial, using gorgeous products and making me feel like I was fully at a spa. She was incredible! She got me a headband for my hair and used warm mitts to clean off products. She gave me a shoulder and neck massage, massaged my face - and she really knew what she was doing. She also answered my million questions about products and new spa treatments and was just amazing and made me feel so special. Thank you so much to Cerys. She didn’t have to offer that but she did and I don’t think she could ever know just how much I needed it today of all days. I can’t wait to come back. Such a wonderful shop with wonderful people.

Had help from Sinead on Tuesday and I was wowed. I’ve been really overwhelmed trying to find help with products for my skincare routine, she made it a breeze. Explained all the products to me without it being overwhelming or sales-y, broke everything down and most importantly, I got to try them! This is something I haven’t experienced anywhere else. Highly recommend if you need advice or help with any products! Sinead was wonderfully helpful! Update: had a spa treatment with Liz (I'm so sleepy after the treatment I'm sorry if that's wrong 😅) and I cannot recommend it enough!
