We stumbled upon Ristorante Target on our first day in Rome, tucked away in a charming narrow alley — what a great find! They offer cozy outdoor seating, which adds to the lovely atmosphere. I ordered the linguini with shrimp and leek, along with a pizza topped with mozzarella and anchovies — both were absolutely delicious. The flavors were fresh, authentic, and perfectly balanced. We also ordered espresso, and it was incredibly aromatic and nutty — so different from what we’re used to in the U.S., and in the best way. The staff were kind and attentive, and the restaurant was very clean and welcoming. We’re already planning to come back before we leave. Highly recommend!
