Absolutely delishious and sizable burgers. We were all pasta'd and pizza'd out on our Rome stay. Patties are very juicy and they ask the cook on it (rare, medium, well done). Small ish place and no toilets available, but decored nicely and as functional as can be.

This guy makes a good burger! Very nice respectful man but I also wouldn’t think I could push him around either. He’s making an honestly living Make sure when you order meat cooked in Italy — you understand med. rare is more like rare. Meat is flavorful. My GF does not normally eat rare. Usually med rare to medium and she thought it was amazing. Fries were on point too. Crispy. Little crunch. Ketchup/Mayo are not free like the USA. .50 euros each but that’s OK. He makes a good burger. We got the t&c burgers. Spent 3 $35 euros for 2 juicy burgers and 2 fries with 4 sauces. Would go back .

Pequeño pero acogedor, T. & C. Burger Lab es un gran hallazgo en Roma. El ambiente es tranquilo, ideal para una comida relajada. El dueño fue muy atento en todo momento, lo que hizo la experiencia aún más agradable. Se nota el cariño en lo que hacen. Una excelente opción si buscas una hamburguesa bien hecha en un lugar sin pretensiones y con trato cercano.
