Sapori inaspettati al mercato centrale. Ultima tappa del nostro viaggio a Roma al mercato centrale mentre attendevamo il treno. Dopo un rapido giro tra gli stand decidiamo di provare la cucina di Akira. Io ho preso dei gyoza, il mio compagno il ramen di maiale. Semplicemente spettacolare, ingredienti freschi e ben bilanciati. Menzione va fatta anche al personale simpatico e disponibile nonostante il tumulto. Sicuramente tornerò a mangiare alla mia prossima visitata a Roma
