Troppa fila alla cassa pago al "totem" invece dello scontrino mi lascia un pezzetto di carta di 1 cm vado alla cassa con fila per chiedere, la cassiera mi dice che il totem non funziona bene, quindi? Esorto di informare se una cosa non funziona, la signora mi ruggisce che non spetta a lei e di andare dal barman a protestare. Lui calmo mi serve senza battere ciglio. Un caffè buonissimo, un decaffeinato eccellente, un danesino superbo. Va beh mi è passata l'indicazione per la maleducazione della cassiera.
