We went here because I love alfredo and the overall alfredo pasta was very underwhelming. The service was great and so were the cocktails, but this really is for tourists and the truffles were not as fresh as other places we went to in Rome. As a lover of alfredo pasta, I would go elsewhere to be honest - it was neat to hear the story and again, the service was really good - but with a limited time in Rome, I would suggest going elsewhere if your only goal is to try the original alfredo.
