Sono un appassionato di carne e per il mio compleanno mi hanno regalato quest'esperienza. Il proprietario gentilissimo e sorridente (cosa che non è scontata) ci ha accolti e fatti sentire a casa. Insieme alla mia compagna abbiamo provato solo nell'ultimo periodo molty AYCE di carne a Roma e provincia e vi assicuro che questo non ha nulla a che vedere con gli altri. Qualità eccellente e scelta fra le migliori carni del mondo, frollatura azzeccata e accostamenti di vini ricercati la rendono la migliore fino ad ora dove abbiamo mangiato. Sicuramente i prezzi sono più elevati di altri ma la materia prima e il percorso culinario ricercato che propongono ne vale la pena. Non è il classico posto sovraffollato, si può stare tranquilli anche nell'assaporare ciò che ordini. Torneremo Sicuramente
